3. Products and Services

We supply industrial materials including but not limited to:

• AISI 4130 Chromoly Steel Tubing and Pipes
• Chrome Moly Pipes and Tubes in various grades and dimensions
• Cold Drawn Seamless Tubing
• Custom-cut and processed steel tubing per buyer specifications

All products are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation. Specifications, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.

4. Quotations and Orders

• All quotations are valid for the period specified in the offer, typically 7 to 15 working days unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are binding only upon written confirmation from Siddhgiri Overseas.
• We reserve the right to decline any order without obligation to provide reasons.
• Order cancellations after confirmation may attract cancellation charges depending on production or procurement status.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are as specified in the proforma invoice or purchase order confirmation.
• Standard terms are advance payment or as mutually agreed for established customers.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, and insurance unless stated otherwise.
• Delayed payments may attract interest charges as per applicable law.

6. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to manufacturing lead times, material availability, and logistics constraints.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, or force majeure events.
• Export documentation including packing lists, COA, and MTC will be provided as agreed.

7. Quality and Inspection

All materials supplied conform to the agreed specifications and applicable standards. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's cost. Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods, supported by relevant test reports or inspection records.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, product descriptions, and technical data, is the property of Siddhgiri Overseas and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
